As all our mystery boxes are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once work has started on your order, refunds are not available. Mystery capsule sales are generally final — see also our FAQ.
Damaged or incorrect orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 24–48 hours and we’ll gladly assist.
