How delivery works
- As each mystery box is made to order, please allow 2–4 working days for us to prepare your mystery bundle. Our FAQ also references typical packing within 3–5 business days — tell us if you need an order by a set date.
- Once your order is ready, it is shipped via courier — to your door or to your nearest locker, depending on what you chose (fees on Shop).
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location in South Africa.
- We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

We ship across South Africa. Remote areas may take longer — we’ll advise if applicable.
